Starr Hill Pathways is committed to ensuring our Charlottesville Area based youth engage with professionals who live and work in the same community where they live and attend school. We rely on our community partners to not only develop engaging and hand-on programming to share their love of their career pathways with our SHP students’ but also show them how they too can pursue their dreams right here in Central Virginia. All of our community partnerships are local to the Charlottesville Area which is important to ensure the student population we serve can see themselves in action across all professions.
